Logistics Coordinator Oversees daily logistics operations within the assigned area (Warehouse, Distribution, or Venue), managing manpower, inventory/equipment tracking, safety compliance, quality control, and operational coordination. 2. Logistics Crew Member Performs loading, unloading, material handling, and distribution activities while ensuring safe equipment operation, compliance with safety standards, and proper maintenance of work areas. 3. Logistics Admin Assistant Provides administrative and operational support through inventory and shipment tracking, system updates, document management, and personnel attendance monitoring. 4. Logistics Coordinator Coordinates distribution operations, manages delivery schedules and truck appointments, updates shipment milestones in TMS, and maintains logistics documentation and attendance records. 5. Logistics Specialist Supports end-to-end shipment operations by coordinating transportation, customs clearance, tracking, documentation management, delivery scheduling, reporting, and logistics team administration. 6. PMA Logistics Coordinator Manages logistics support for assigned teams across Airport, Hotel, and Venue locations by coordinating movements, tracking equipment and shipments, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining stakeholder communication.
