Professional certifications and memberships such as PMP, MRICS, LEED, or relevant engineering council registration are highly desirable. Demonstrated experience on major construction, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects. Previous experience with a PMC, Supervision Consultant, or Contractor. Stable career history with progressive responsibilities relevant to the position is preferred. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
