Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Contact Center Specialist role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Contact Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries about orders, menu items, and branch locations, and support customers with delivery or service issues. Daily tasks include using contact center systems and IVR tools, logging interactions accurately, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team, and ensuring that customer concerns are resolved promptly. The role involves coordinating with branch staff to confirm orders, address complaints, and follow up on customer feedback. The specialist will contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing clear, courteous, and professional communication in every interaction. Qualifications Ability to manage Contact Center Operations and use IVR systems effectively. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to resolving issues efficiently. Excellent Communication skills in a customer-facing environment. Previous experience in a contact center, retail, or food service environment is preferred. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software and call-handling tools. High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and peak business hours as needed. Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
