Role Description The Head of Division is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of a key business division. This role includes setting division goals, developing operational plans, and ensuring alignment with Finecure’s overall strategy and customer-centric recovery model. The Head of Division will lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, monitor KPIs, drive portfolio performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, technology, and governance. Daily responsibilities involve coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing client relationships, reviewing analytics and performance reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The position also requires contributing to business development, supporting innovation in AI-enabled decisioning, and promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ethical practices. Qualifications • Proven leadership and people management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and developing talent. • Strong strategic planning, business management, and operational excellence capabilities, ideally within receivables management, financial services, or related sectors. • Experience with data-driven decision-making, portfolio analytics, performance monitoring, and the use of technology or AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and represent the division in internal and external forums. • Solid understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial and collection operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage. • Background in the Saudi market or GCC region, with familiarity in financial institutions, fintechs, BNPL, telecom, or insurance portfolios preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to transparent, measurable, and sustainable results
