Program Manager - Automated Warehouse & IT Projects 📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 📄 Contract Type: 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract 🏢 Work Arrangement: Onsite 🇸🇦 Eligibility: Saudi Nationals (KSA Nationals) Only About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-profile client program in Jeddah, encompassing a major automated warehouse project alongside several IT, warehouse operations, and inventory/counting initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the overall client program, overseeing multiple projects in parallel, including a major automated warehouse initiative and various IT and warehouse operations projects. • Drive project execution across design, infrastructure, systems, and hardware deployments where applicable. • Manage resource planning and allocation across engineering, IT, operations, and technical teams. • Oversee vendor selection, contract management, and supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery. • Coordinate infrastructure, systems, and operational integration activities across the program. • Engage directly with C-level executives, delivering program updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and business requirements. • Identify and mitigate program risks proactively while maintaining overall governance and control. • Align internal teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders to achieve program objectives and business outcomes. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects (mandatory). • Proven experience managing multiple projects or large-scale programs simultaneously. • Experience delivering IT projects and/or warehouse-related projects (operations, inventory counting, infrastructure, or logistics environments). • Experience with warehouse automation projects is advantageous but not essential. • Strong background in vendor management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement. • Demonstrated ability to present to and influence C-level executives and senior decision-makers. • Good understanding of systems implementation, infrastructure planning, and hardware deployment. • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
