As we expand our internal analysis capabilities, we are adding a Junior Research Analyst to the team. This position supports our ongoing collaboration with an investment group based in Riyadh, where accurate data and thoughtful evaluation are central to every decision. Your work will help provide the clarity needed to identify stability and growth in a complex market. About the role In this position, you will work closely with our senior team members to gather and organize information on market trends and specific investment opportunities. The role is designed for someone who appreciates the details and enjoys the process of turning raw information into clear, actionable reports. Because Bavarian Capital is a fully remote firm, you will have the autonomy to manage your own tasks while staying connected via our established digital communication channels. This is an entry level role where the focus is on developing a deep understanding of our research methods and investment logic. What you will do • Conduct preliminary research on various industries to identify emerging trends and shifts. • Collect financial data from public filings and secondary sources for inclusion in internal databases. • Assist in the preparation of briefing materials and presentation decks for the Riyadh based investment team. • Monitor global news cycles and regulatory changes that might affect our current holdings or potential interests. • Standardize research outputs to ensure consistency and readability across all firm documentation. • Update internal tracking sheets to reflect recent market movements and asset valuations. • Collaborate with analysts to verify the accuracy of gathered intelligence before it is shared. • Organize digital archives of research reports to maintain an accessible and clear memory of past analysis.
