The HR Officer supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function at WISKOTS in Saudi Arabia, ensuring accurate employee administration, compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations, and smooth coordination across recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations. The role acts as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters and contributes to maintaining WISKOTS' Nitaqat (Saudization) compliance. Field Details Job Title HR Coordinator Department Human Resources Reports To HR Manager / Admin Manager Location Saudi Arabia (Kingdom-based, on-site) Employment Type Full-time Nationality Requirement Saudi National (Saudization / Nitaqat position) Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding ·Coordinate recruitment activities: posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews. ·Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new-hire documentation in line with Saudi Labor Law. ·Process new employee registrations on Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem (for non-Saudi hires where applicable). ·Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new joiners. Employee Records & HRIS ·Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (physical and electronic), ensuring data protection. ·Update and manage records in the HRIS/HR system, including personal data, contracts, and leave balances. ·Track and renew Iqamas, work permits, medical insurance, and other statutory documents. ·Prepare HR letters: salary certificates, employment verification, NOCs, and end-of-service documents. Payroll & Benefits Support ·Support monthly payroll processing by validating attendance, leave, and overtime data. ·Coordinate GOSI contributions, WPS (Wage Protection System) submissions via Mudad, and salary disbursement. ·Administer employee benefits: medical insurance enrollment, leave entitlements, and end-of-service benefit (EOSB) calculations. Compliance & Government Relations ·Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, and company policies. ·Support Saudization (Nitaqat) reporting and initiatives to maintain the company's Nitaqat band. ·Liaise with Government Relations Officers (GROs) on Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Absher Business Gateway transactions. ·Maintain compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development inspections and audits. Employee Relations & Administration ·Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, leave, and benefits. ·Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and performance management administration in coordination with the HR Manager. ·Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications. ·Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, Saudization ratio, leave tracking) for management. Qualifications & Requirements Education ·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience ·2-5 years of experience in an HR administration or HR officer role, preferably in Saudi Arabia. ·Prior exposure to a multi-department environment (HR, Finance, Admin, Supply Chain, or IT) is a plus. Knowledge & Skills ·Solid working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and MHRSD regulations. ·Practical experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Absher Business Gateway platforms. ·Understanding of Nitaqat / Saudization requirements and reporting. ·Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems. ·Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal. ·High attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and strong organizational skills.
